First impressions really do count

The psychologist Von Rostorff states in the 1940's that we remember things that are different and unique, which applies very much to your presentation. People, including the interview panel will remember the first and last thing you say or show, and most people will start with 'hello I'm Bob Smith and I'm going to talk to you about..' and conclude with a pityful 'are there any questions'.

Be different. Start with a high impact statement, get inspiration from the papers which can easily turn to a great start like 'in the FT today they talk about the turmoil in British Politics and the need to have strong leadership, I'm here to show you today how I can bring those skills to your company ensuring that you grow from strength to strength with minimal pain and disruption'
